Our very own functional rehab experts Gerald and Adrian are giving a body maintenance class THIS Saturday! Come join us and learn how to use lacrosse balls, foam rollers, Hypervolts, and bands to help your body feel its best.

Suggested donation: $10, all proceeds will be donated to the Ironman Foundation.

Join us THIS SATURDAY for our first Body Maintenance Workshop! Gerald and Adrian will show you how to use tools, stretches, and basic strength exercises to keep your body in its best shape. This workshop is appropriate for people at all levels of fitness, so don't worry if you've never done this before. We'd love to have you!

Donation: We suggest a $10 donation. All proceeds will support The Ironman Foundation. Feel free to bring cash to the event or make a donation on the Ironman Foundation's website.

Krystal always has a spring in her step and a smile on her face when she comes in, and she's dedicated herself to getting her adjustments done and putting in the time on her home traction around her many commitments. She's seen excellent results because of her work and we're so proud of her! 🥳
Congratulations to Dave, our April Patient of the Month! 🥳🥳 Dave is super consistent with his appointments and has worked really hard to master his in-office traction. He's seeing great results and we're really excited to see him continue to excel!
Coming soon! Hang out with Gerald and Adrian and on Saturday, April 30th from 10-11 am and learn how to best care for your body. They'll cover how to use lacrosse balls, foam rollers, Hypervolts, and other tools to maintain and increase your strength and flexibility. This workshop is appropriate for ALL strength and flexibility levels, whether you're a veteran athlete or just getting started! We look forward to seeing you there!

Gerald led us in some great stretches before our Misogi hike to make sure our bodies were warmed up and ready to go. You can do the same before (or after!) any activity! Getting ready to go for a walk? Loosen up your muscles first. Have you been sitting or standing in one position for a while? Shake it out, roll your shoulders, touch your toes.

Worried about feeling good while we're gone? There are 4 basic things you can do to both prevent and treat pain and discomfort!
1. Be aware of your postural habits, and try to focus on maintaining the good ones!
2. Do your postural exercises! The mirror image exercises you received in the office are a great way to keep your muscles engaged and your spine in a good position.
3. Make sure to keep up with your home traction orthotic use. Staying consistent with it helps your body hold healthier positions for longer.
4. Use your foam roller, lacrosse ball, resistance bands, and any other body maintenance tools that help you relax and ease sore and tight muscles. Have questions about using these tools? Come to our Body Maintenance Workshop at the end of the month, where Gerald and Adrian will answer all of your questions!
