πŸ‰ Watermelon Fries with Coconut Lime Dip


Watermelon: 1 small, cut into fry shapes
Greek yogurt: 1 cup
Coconut milk: 2 tablespoons
Lime zest: 1 teaspoon
Honey: 1 tablespoon


Slice the watermelon into fry-like shapes.
In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt, coconut milk, lime zest, and honey.
Serve the watermelon fries with the coconut lime dip.

Prep Time: 15 minutes
Kcal: 70 per serving


Chill the watermelon fries before serving for an extra refreshing snack.
Add a sprinkle of chili powder to the watermelon for a spicy kick.
A fun and healthy snack that's perfect for summer gatherings. The sweet and tangy coconut lime dip complements the juicy watermelon perfectly.
