In 2006 a friend of mind told his then future wife (DaRicha) that if she wasn't happy with her trainer see if you can find Mike Shanks, when we meet she lite up my passion for training. We create a group/team for military/govt ladies who wanted to compete in figure contest. Over these past years several ladies have competed, won and have gone on to continued success in their figure careers.
