I may not have the biggest glutes, but they’re strong and I’ve built them through years of consistency, not chasing every new trend.

These are my go-to glute exercises that have earned a permanent place in my training:
• Hip Thrusts
• Abductions
• Cable Kickbacks
• Frog Pumps

No single exercise is magic, but putting in the work week after week is. Master the basics, train with intention, and stay consistent. That’s where real progress happens.

Posing is not just about hitting the right angles; it’s about control, fluidity, and presentation, and none of that happens without proper flexibility.
Stretching plays a major role in your posing:
• It helps you fully open your lines so your physique looks longer and more refined
• It allows you to hold poses without shaking, cramping, or compensating
• It creates smoother, more confident transitions instead of stiff movement
• It reduces tension so your posing actually looks effortless
If your body is tight, your posing will look tight.
The athletes who stand out are the ones who move with control and intention and that starts with prioritizing your mobility behind the scenes.
If you’re skipping stretching, you’re leaving presentation points on the table.

Posing is how you showcase all the work you’ve put into your physique.
In this class, we walked through foundational poses, smooth transitions, and how to carry yourself with confidence from the moment you step on stage.
We practiced:
• Strong, intentional stance and posture
• Poses that highlight your best lines and symmetry
• Transitions that keep you fluid and polished
• Presentation details like facial expression and stage presence
Whether you’re brand new to competing or refining your presentation, this session is all about helping you feel poised, prepared, and in control every time you hit your poses.

Saturday’s posing class at Gold’s Gym was full of confidence! From first-time competitors to seasoned athletes, every woman in this room showed up ready to learn, refine, and own her time on stage.
We drilled stage walks, transitions, quarter turns, and presentation details so their physiques and hard work are highlighted from every angle. If you’re stepping on stage this season and want your posing to match your physique, this is your sign to get in the room.
Thank you to all the athletes who came out and trusted me with this class. I’m so proud of you already. 🩷

Posing is a performing art: every mandatory, every transition, every moment you hold that breath under the lights is deliberate.
On stage, you’re not just showing a physique—you’re painting a live picture with angles, tension, and timing.
Competitors who respect posing as an art form don’t just stand there; they compose each shot, connect each pose, and guide the judges’ eyes exactly where they want them.
Your routine is your signature. The stage is your gallery. Treat every second out there like you’re curating a masterpiece in real time.

Practice isn’t supposed to look perfect, it’s supposed to look committed. Every rep, every pose, every take is you quietly building the version of you nobody’s met yet. Keep showing up for her.
