Iโ€™m focusing on getting the best quality sleep I can. Thanks to Iโ€™m able to analyze my sleep patterns & get daily morning tips to set my sleep cycle up for success.

Iโ€™m taking a caffeine break. Just been reading a lot about hormones lately & how much havoc caffeine can wreck on your system.

Getting back into a workout routine can feel a lot like wearing heels for the first time since the pandemic came upon usโ€ฆ

Garlic Chicken & Broccoli with Bone Broth Gravy ๐Ÿ—๐Ÿฅฆ๐Ÿฆด

Gluten-free & Dairy-free

Ingredients:
โ€ข2 chicken breast
โ€ข1/2 purple onion
โ€ข4 garlic cloves
โ€ข2tbs parsley
โ€ข1/2 cup oat milk
โ€ข1/2 cup bone broth
โ€ข1 cup spinach
โ€ขavocado oil

Directions:
1. Toss a thin layer of avocado oil on a pan, turn on med-high heat. Sautรฉ chicken breasts for 5-7 minutes on each side. Take off pan and set aside.
2. Throw on chopped onions, garlic, broccoli, and parsley into the pan. Cook until the vegetables are tender (8-10minutes)
3. Add chicken back onto skillet. Add oat milk, & bone broth to pan, let simmer for 5 minutes.
4. Add spinach and continue cooking for 1-2 minutes.
5. Finally toss a sprinkle of your favorite seasoning. Iโ€™m a Himalayan Salt & crushed red pepper type of girl๐ŸŒถ๐Ÿ˜‹
