4 quad exercises I never skip… 🫣 even though I’d love to skip the 1st forever lol
important thing to note when trying to grow your quads is you WANT to break parallel with squats, not just meet it. going past parallel hits your quads more. that’s why I add a plate under my feet on goblet squats to help with this 👏🏼
