HPPT is here to help people meet their personal fitness goals. Right now we offer Saturday morning and Wednesday evening Boot Camp classes. Mission Statement:
To ensure that each client receives prompt, professional, friendly, and courteous service.

To maintain a professional, friendly, and safe environment for our clients. To provide at a fair price using only quality workouts and help our clients reach their full fitness potential. To ensure that all clients are treated with the respect and dignity they deserve and to thank each client for the opportunity to serve them. By maintaining these objectives we shall be assured of a fair profit that will allow us to contribute to the community we serve.

Just got some new toys!


This is one of the three sprints and we completed in between each round. Roughly it is 25 50 and 75 yards with the walk back as your rest.


After our ladder warmup and active stretching this is what we had the pleasure of doing. 5 rounds and a set of 3 sprints in between each round.


This was a fun workout!


This what we did today. Time yourself.
100 skips
10 burpee's
10 sit up's
10 squat jumps
10 push ups
10 jump lunges (each leg)
10 bear crawls (10 each side)
90, 9,9,9,9,9,9
80, 8,8,8,8,8,8
All the way down to 10, 1,1,1,1,1,1
