Ms Wheelchair San Diego 2012 was quite a success...other teen beauties from all over San Diego attended and supported the 2012 Ms Wheelchair San Diego event held on June 16th at New Vision Christian Fellowship. Mrs Joanna Capstack, original from the Philippines...has been crowned as the new Queen for 2012 Ms Wheelchair San Diego. Congratulations from all of us here at Wheelchair Dancers Foundation, we are proud of you and what you have accomplished in such a short time since you arrive in the US. You are an inspiration to us and to many others! Good Luck

Summer Buzzing At Country Day

ALL SCHOOL -- The parking lot at Country Day can look as crowded on a Saturday morning as on a regular school day.

The activities, however, are different, varied and often done in support of community groups that share our school's mission. This Saturday included basketball players from all over San Diego, a wheel chair dancing group practicing for next week's Young Leaders Film Festival, baseball club teams, community tennis lesson and a meeting of the San Diego Junior League leadership where volunteers were plotting out ways to support the group's efforts to help foster children.
