Two yoga classes and a workout today....tired but feeling good. Early wake up tomorrow then back to back classes...get it in and done!

Finished my program with great results...i gained 6 pounds even though i did 33 Bikrim yoga classes in 28 days. Im very impressed with that. Im hooked on yoga...dont know if i can stop at this point. We switched up to a ne program yesterday so now its all about drills...sprinting..and bodyweights...love that!

Well today was the last day of week 5. Week 6 of 6 starts tomorrow with 1045 yoga. its been good....its been real good and my body LOVES ME for it!

Had my BEST yoga class today...Awesome! Now gotta get to the gym for Biceps and Back!

OMG!!! Yoga was crazy hot tonight. This was the first time I actually thought "I need to get the heck out of here!" But I stayed and faught through it and boy did I have to fight. It sucks because they way you feel after is sooooo worth the fight...love/hate (more LOVE)
