Wasabi VIP Dragon Boat Racing Team

Wasabi Vip raced hard at the Portland Dragon boat Festival this past weekend! Although we did not get medals this time, we were proud to know that our team got faster and more competitive with every race we competed in this past weekend. We are looking forward to working hard this next year during the “ off-season” so that we can race competitively next summer at several races.

An almost full boat load, with our Steer guy Corey making a peace sign while at the back of the boat. Peaceful water around and the steel bridge and beautiful sky in the background. We are joined by one of the Team grandmaster’s paddler Larry and Brinton cross roster with Team Burn.

Couple of practice ago we had yet another wonderful practice! to our surprise, group of baby Deer showed up and watch us paddle 🦌💕 About 9 of them!
They are on the Ross Island area and we were the only boat at that moment.
