Whether you have a or not , you can try this recipe:
-Half of the big container with frozen spinach
-1/2 cup of frozen pineapple bites
-1/2 frozen strawberries
-2 tsp of Flaxseed meal
-1 tsp of Apple cider vinegar
-1 tsp of lemon juice
-1/3 small cucumber-frozen
-5 baby carrots
-Added cold water (LAST) till the line marked on the cup.
-Blended for the min cycle
