It’s Here - It’s Finally HERE! ✨🤗🥰

More than five years in the making, my Vision Board Magic course is officially LIVE! 💃

This is the exact approach I’ve used in my live retreats, with private clients, and in my own life to turn dreams into reality—without forcing, obsessing, or waiting for the universe to do all the work.

I’ve personally used this process to:
🐴 Buy a horse property - complete with an art studio and space for a labyrinth 🙌
💕 Rescue two incredible horses
🚪 Walk away from an unfulfilling job — with grace & on my terms
💡 Build a successful consulting business
🏡 Create the freedom to homeschool my kids
✨ and so much more!!

And now, I’m sharing it with you.

At times like these, it’s easy to feel stuck, unsure, or at the mercy of our circumstances.

But setting a clear vision—one that’s deeply aligned with who you are & what matters most to YOU —is one of the most powerful things you can do for yourself, your family, your community, and even the world. 🌏

This isn’t about wishful thinking. It’s about creating a vision that pulls you forward—one that feels so true, so inevitable, that the path starts to unfold in ways you never expected. ✨

In this course, I take you step-by-step through creating an effective (ahem, magical 💅) vision board. I also cover how they work, why some don’t, and tips for activating your board. ✅

If you’ve ever made a vision board that didn’t work (or almost worked…) or if you’re ready to uplevel your vision to meet the times we find ourselves in, this is for you. 💗

💗

FOR A NEW BEGINNING

In out-of-the-way places of the heart,
Where your thoughts never think to wander,
This beginning has been quietly forming,
Waiting until you were ready to emerge.

For a long time it has watched your desire,
Feeling the emptiness growing inside you,
Noticing how you willed yourself on,
Still unable to leave what you had outgrown.

It watched you play with the seduction of safety
And the gray promises that sameness whispered,
Heard the waves of turmoil rise and relent,
Wondered would you always live like this.

Then the delight, when your courage kindled,
And out you stepped onto new ground,
Your eyes young again with energy and dream,
A path of plenitude opening before you.

Though your destination is not yet clear
You can trust the promise of this opening;
Unfurl yourself into the grace of beginning
That is at one with your life's desire.

Awaken your spirit to adventure;
Hold nothing back, learn to find ease in risk;
Soon you will be home in a new rhythm,
For your soul senses the world that awaits you.

Freedom begins when you make space for all that you are, even the messy bits.

You can’t be fully free if there are parts of you that are not welcome. It’s just not possible.

Learning to embrace all parts of yourself, to hold yourself as tenderly in the shadows as you do in the light, is both the work of a lifetime, and the work of a moment.

It only takes a moment to turn to yourself, to witness that part that feels hurt, abandoned, or judged.

It only takes a moment to whisper softly into your own heart, “Dearest one, I see you. I hear you. This is hard. What do you need?”

Moments like these, repeated again and again, are how we set ourselves free. 💗

I have to be reminded of this all the time.

Even after recovering from burnout, I still have a tendency to push myself to keep doing. In fact, I notice that it’s often when I’m feeling the most exhausted that I wind up pushing myself the hardest. 🤷🏻‍♀️

In working with high achievers, one thing I’ve noticed is many of us carry a subtle link between productivity and safety - somewhere along the way, we’ve picked up the belief that ‘if I do all the things, I’ll be okay’.

There are a lot of reasons for this (hello, patriarchy 👋) but often the reasons lead us into more work, more efforting. As in, “I have to work on my [perfectionism, belief system, nervous system, mindset, etc.] so I can beat this whole overdoing business once and for all.” 😥

This is another tributary of the same river, and it all goes back to this: I need to be doing MORE.

Earlier today, I felt this energy start to rise up in me - the vague restless feeling that I should be doing… something. I closed my eyes and put my hand on my heart, and in that moment these words floated across my mind: “Even God rested.”

Today, that reminder was all I needed to relax & let go of the pressure I was putting on myself. If God rested and the whole entire universe didn’t fall apart, I can take a break too. And so can you. 💗

In the entire history of the world, there has never been another you.

Never before has someone held your exact combination of skills, interests, gifts, experiences, and quirks. And never again will the world see anyone quite like you.

You are a unique expression of the Divine, here to bring something into the world that only you can.

So make your art, write your words, dance to the music only you can hear. Fan your tail feathers and let us witness your glory. Show us what moves your soul. 🦚

What do you hear when you step into stillness?

Which sound is nearest? Which is farthest?

Which is loudest? Which is softest?

Can you hear the air? The sound of your breath? Your heartbeat?

Sequoia trees can grow 300 feet tall, weighing over 2 million pounds. Yet their roots maintain an average depth of only 5 or 6 feet.

Think about that for a sec. A 300-foot tall tree, with a trunk 40 feet in diameter, has a root system that’s basically sitting on the surface. How do these massive trees manage to stay upright? How do they avoid toppling over after heavy rain or strong winds?

Sequoia roots may be shallow, but they grow incredibly wide. A single tree’s roots may span an acre of land.

They also grow in groves, alongside other Sequoias. As they grow, their roots form a massive web - in some cases, fusing together into a single root.

Over time, these roots form a fabric of stability & support for all.

We can learn a lot from these trees, especially as we’re trying to do big things in the world.

By “big things” I don’t necessarily mean things that appear big to others or are outwardly impressive. Instead, I mean things that FEEL big to us, on the inside. Having hard conversations, making the choice to do things differently, having the courage to begin again - these can all feel really BIG.

When we’re doing big things, we can look to these big trees as an example. Like the Sequoias, we can draw strength and support from others, if we allow ourselves to reach out.

Reaching out isn’t weak, it’s wise. Our willingness to reach out expands our capacity for support, helping us grow bigger and stronger than we could on our own.

In our willingness to be vulnerable, we form bonds that strengthen and support others as well.

The Sequoias remind me that none of us does this alone, and there is no shame in reaching out for support. We are in this together, and together we are strong.

“And the world cannot be discovered by a journey of miles, no matter how long, but only by a spiritual journey, a journey of one inch, very arduous and humbling and joyful, by which we arrive at the ground at our own feet, and learn to be at home.”

Past experiences shape our beliefs - about who we are, what we're capable of, and what's possible for us.⁣

Our beliefs shape our actions.⁣

Our actions shape our results.⁣

Our results either reinforce our existing beliefs or give rise to new beliefs.⁣

We can shift the trajectory of our lives by shifting our beliefs about ourselves. Not through blind affirmations or "positive thinking", but by carefully and compassionately unraveling any beliefs that keep us feeling small, unworthy, or incapable, and replacing them with the truth of who we are - wonderfully unique, wise and compassionate beings, capable of creating anything we long for. ⁣

Recognize yourself as the hero of your story.

Declare your sovereignty over your life's states, both inner and outer.

Harbor beliefs that make you feel powerful, confident, and capable. ⁣

And watch yourself SOAR. ⁣
