Top level athletes come to me for a competitive edge seeking ONE THING - proven systems to ensure that they show up on competiton day.
After winning 4 straight, decided to try something new in preparation for the biggest fight of his life that would give him a shot at a top 15 - a systematic way to train his mindset like a skill.
An already incredibly accomplished fighter winning four straight fights in the UFC and brother to infamous MMA coach , Aiemann understands that āwhat got you here, isnāt going to get you thereā . After a great perfomance that night against a legend in Pedro Munhoz, he earned himself a spot in the rankings, now sitting at #13 in the world
At his level, the skill gap is very small, so while you can read all the books and listen to all the podcast in order to learn, they will only provide good advice and not the systems have won championships at the highest level.
What are the systems that I help provide clients like Aiemann to optimize their performance?
ā
Proven Strategies to gameplan to focus on YOU, instead of focusing too much on your opponent
ā
A proven system for emotional control, not random breathing techniques to calm you down
ā
4-step process to break opponents
ā
Checklist for what to focus on during the week of competition.
Are you a competitive athlete looking to get to the next level of your career, shine under the bright lights, and have more fun doing it?
Comment ššš if youāre wanting to make 2025 your best year yet and maybe you can get results like Aiemann too!
PS - Hearing one of the top MMA minds call me ābrilliantā was a cool moment, and definitely flattering; however, it only confirms what Iāve always known. High value people understand the value of building systems and when you find the right fit in a client and you provide them the right system to optimize perfomance, they donāt have to work hard and hope they win - they can reverse engineer a great performance
Thankful to work with great people like Aiemann and super excited for what we can do in 2025!

What does an āUnfair Advantageā look like?
Reverse Engineering success is the ultimate goal in my training - teaching you a process and systems to bring out the best version of you every time instead of working and hoping that you win.
While we canāt controlling winning, you can absolutely control how you perform. That sounds great, but my super power is teaching you (and hundreds of others before you) how to do that at scale.
This frees you from the pressure of winning because it allows you to focus on the process of a good perfomance instead of an outcome you cant control.
How do I do this?
ā”ļø Help you discover what the best version of yourself looks like as an athlete and person
ā”ļø Deeply analyze the habits that bring out your best (and worst)
ā”ļø Teaching you a step-by-step process to manage your thoughts and emotions
ā”ļø Teaching you āmental skillsā that you can build and utilize to maintain focus on the right thing
ā”ļø Empower you with the knowledge and ability to be more excited to compete than you care about winning and losing, especially in the ābig matchesā
THIS allows you to be yourself, competing as hard as you can because you are moving with strategy instead of emotion; running through a checklist on autopilot instead of managing your focus and emotions trying to live up to expectations
This creates a truly āunfair advantageā because your opponents do not have these tools - they canāt think the way we think, so they canāt do what youāre capable of doing.
What having an unfair advantage help you achieve your goals?
For the first time ever, Iām going to reveal the 4 Performance Pillars that drive my clients success š

Scaling my impact to high level atheltes was my goal in creating the āUnfair Advantageā and in 2 months of āofficiallyā launching Iāve done that.
My current cohort of my 8-week course course (Reverse Engineering Success) has over 30 high level competitors in it to include numerous BJJ world champions/medalists, a wrestling world medalist, a UFC fighter, a 4x Bellator champion, #1 ranked IBJJF competitors, a BKFC champ, and a bunch of people on their way there
Our last course had athletes with similar credentials that broke into world rankings, have career defining performances. More importantly, course alumni are reporting greater improvements in their mental health āthan in 16 years of therapy.ā These arenāt statements from regional level atheltes - these are undefeated professional fighters and current/future world champions
Registration is now CLOSED for our course that starts Sunday. It oversold by almost double what initially planned on with atheltes from 3 different countries and 4 different sports
Want info about how you can apply for the next cohorts of our course?

As I said, this cohort is closed, but weāre accepting applications for our next course coming in May 2024!
Thanks to everyone on my team and the athletes who trust the process who has helped make this happen.

Focus is finite and where it goes, so does your energy
If 90% of your focus is on not getting tired, than only 10% of your focus is on pushing the pace and scoring.
If youāre focused on not getting tired, than youāre only scoring when itās convenient.
When youāre focused on making your opponent tired, you push a hard pace and create opportunities to score. Every time you score or shut them down, they will feel farther and father away from being able to win.
This means you must push your cardio every day in and out of practice in order make your gas tank a weapon.
This way, you can force your opponent to focus more on not gassing out than trying to score points.
Itās a battle theyāll never win!

A Coachās pride for their athlete is special.
Pride is often something that gets in the way of growth because of ego.
On the flip side, A lack of ego leads to a sense of genuine investment and joy for helping someone achieve their dreams and brings happiness far beyond anything we could have achieved ourselves. It goes beyond winning and centers around chasing dreams and greatness. For perspective, This is something you see very clearly at which makes them very different.
While Iām happy for Sean, Iām equally if not more happy for his coach, . Seeing his face light up like a kid at Christmas in that moment was my favorite part of the entire fight.
Furthermore, Having done two podcasts with Tim, it is clear that he is not only a student of the sport but a mastermind of a coach who pours his energy out of his cup and into his students.
Heās been with Sean since day 1, so to see the look of āwe finally did it,ā on his face after years of dreaming about it is something only coaches and parents can understand. Add to that, doing it in an arena where you became the best in the world at what you do.
I donāt pick sides or play favorites, because at the highest levels, trash talk aside, we all respect each others talent and recognize a job well done.
I sat next to Henry for the fight but also texted Tim along with Aljoās manager the next day. Everyoneās chasing greatness and respect each other on their individual paths to get there.
Make sure you scroll back to our episodes of (Ep 169) and where we deep dive into the mindset of the elite.

Watching dominate her title defense got me fired up!
In 2021, Prior to the second fight against Rose, she had lost her spark - the reasons why and what she was fighting for.
Thanks to and , I had the opportunity to collaborate with her camp at and help her get that fire back.
Since then, sheās back and better than she ever was, putting on a full display of striking, wrestling, jiu jitsu, and transition game, making her title fight look more like a clinic than a championship bout.
Congrats to Weili, her team, and the guys at for continuing to bring out the best version of Weili as a fighter and as a person.
Whatās next for the champ?

The cost of living a comfortable life is the inability to manage discomfort, especially when itās unexpected.
The ability to be comfortable when uncomfortable is one biggest separators between the good athletes and the great athletes.
What separates the great from the GOATs is not just the ability to be uncomfortable, but the ability to thrive in discomfort and see adversity as an advantage.
These athletes are the ones who RUN TO THE STORM not away from it.
