Here are 3 dumbbell or kettlebell squat progressions that I often use in mine and my clients programs...

- Offset front rack squat - A nice way to progress without just adding more weight. Great for its added core engagement.
- Goblet squat - A timeless classic great for high rep work.
- DB box squat - my go to initial squat variation. Great for easily teaching squat mechanics. I also like using for heavier squat loads that clients do not feel comfortable holding in the goblet position...
