IT CAN BE THAT SIMPLE

People tend to overcomplicate things when they don’t need to. The fitness industry is littered with people doing too much. You need to squat on a bosu ball with kettlebells suspended with bands, you need to only eat this certain diet, you need to only eat at these certain times, you need to to follow this rigorous routine, you have to be in this heart rate zone to burn fat.

This is exactly why people cannot adhere to a plan. They get themselves into these complex and demanding diets or routines when they cannot even do simple things like the methods mentioned above. That would be like expecting to do a triple backflip into a pool off a 15 ft diving board when you can’t even swim.
