Join Border View Family YMCA for a Community Listening Session on June 22 at either 11:00 am or 5:00 pm to help us learn how we can improve family support services in #SanYsidro and #SanDiego. We hope to gather ideas and input on how to strengthen community collaborations and improve services such as child care, transportation, housing, employment support, mentoring services, and more.

The County of San Diego - Government is offering FREE WALK-IN COVID-19 vaccine appointments at Border View Family YMCA this week. If you work within the child care, restaurant, agriculture or medical sector, and live within the zip-codes posted below, you are eligible to receive the vaccine at this location.

Thank you to all who attended the Solidarity with Ukraine webinar last week.

We are excited to announce that on February 19, 2022, the Border View Family YMCA will expand our offerings and launch an innovative and sustainable YMCA that provides accessible services, resources and support to meet community needs. We will begin reintroducing limited group exercise classes and offer additional on-site community support services. As we move forward together, we plan to reopen our Y in a phased approach and provide a safe place for youth, adults and families that fosters connection and increases access to a wide range of services. UPDATE: The Border View Family YMCA wants to thank our members, supporters and community for their patience, commitment and passion for our Y. We have all navigated many challenges and we are more than grateful that you are a part of our Y community. While our doors are temporarily closed, we have been listening, learning, and remain committed to strengthening the Y’s impact in San Ysidro and near communities.
