Colder months = bone broth to support the immune system! A leveled up Chicken Soup for the mind, body & soul. I’ll add my powder to 16oz of hot water or use it in a home-made soup.
Option to make or buy your bone broth but when in a crunch for time this works very well.

Not sure if I’ve mentioned here how much I love my Sovereign Silver Nasal Spray as part of my regimen to support my immune system, but I love this product!

No bike, no problem! Bust out your bicycle crunch🤣 It’s my 2nd favorite core workout - no. 1 is the plank.
Take your bicycle crunch on a slow and controlled ride. I focus on the inhale and exhale as I move to maximize the burn & my strength.
Mindful awareness of the neck and back are key which is another reason I move slowly with the breath. Start with 1 set of 30 & build up.

Are you still using the inflammatory oils of vegetable, canola or other seed oils? If so, it’s time to give yourself an oil change!
For your health and longevity, stick with coconut oil, avocado oil and cold pressed quality EVOO.
Your EVOO should come in a dark glass bottle.
Also, be careful of fried foods! Almost all restaurants fry their foods in the cheapest oils possible. This saves money for them at the cost of you and your health. Opt for grilled or air fried when possible.
