Classes are beginning again!!!!
Starting April 4th Tuesdays will be my day to host Paddle Board Pilates.
Classes will be FREE!!!!!!
I will accept donations for my time, I prefer wine, coffee, or pizza or burritos. 😂

Taking a full day off every week for myself is going to be great. I’ll try to schedule a paddle soon; but after last year, I need to rest. Class will be held Thursday nights 5:30pm starting March 17, 2022.

Just like I’m going to take a rest over the next few months. Giving myself a day off once a week, crazy I know, and getting to focus on me for a bit. 2021 almost killed me a couple times, I need to get centered. I look forward to Springing back into the routine of weekly paddles starting in March 2022. Feel free to reach out if you want to get together one in one outside of Sunday and we can paddle… 💕

Lovely eats with my favorite companion. And one of the best meals ever! Sometimes just a few drinks and appetizers is all you need…. you get the whole scene…. The drinks, food, view…. All was really perfect! Thank you 😊
