JoJo Roper getting ready for the 2023 Eddie Aikau Big Wave Invitational at Waimea Bay. We have a great track record getting athletes ready to perform at a high level at FG. Whether an athlete has an acute or longstanding injury we have modalities and expertise that will discover and treat the root of the issue. JoJo is nowhere near his peak but we’ll have him peaking at the right time.

Making great progress. Brett is headed to North Carolina to play lacrosse overcoming drop foot in the wake of an unfortunate surgical mishap. The ArpWave has been instrumental on his road back. Brett was able to play in and win a tournament over the weekend and needed 7 games to do it. Accomplishing such a feat seemed far in the distance not long ago.

Happy Holidays to all! Here are the hours for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years:

Thanksgiving: Wednesday 11/23 closing at 4PM. Closed 11/24 and 11/25.

Christmas: Closed 11/24-11/26

New Years: Closed 12/31/22 to 01/02/23

Fitness Genome will be closed Saturday July 2nd through Monday July 4th in observance of Independence Day. We will reopen regular business hours Tuesday July 5th.

In observation of Memorial Day, Fitness Genome will be closed Monday May 30th. We will reopen regular business hours Tuesday May 31st.
