I did it!! My first National Show now you’re looking at a newest IFBB Pro & Masters 35+ Overall Champion! I’m beyond excited to the point where I don’t think realities really sunken in. I feel a great sense of calmness. I honestly wouldn’t have been able to get this far in my journey without my one true love, Jesus. The Lord has never failed me & has continued to guide me in his way. No matter the outcomes He has shown me great things; lessons learned in my prep, in the relationships I’ve developed as an athlete and has given me mental & physical strength.

UPDATE: As some of you may know I’ll be competing at my first Nationals Show at in for that . So you know it’s and w/that comes aches & pains. As a result my bodies been in constant aches and as a response to the pain my body retains water. Two days ago...I couldn’t hold my pose, I was swaying and felt dizzy from the physical stress.
*After my session yesterday with I feel a significant amount of muscular relief. I even woke up tighter & my posing session today was 👌! No swaying & I hit those angles like a boss. Allan I’ll be giving you another call soon because this chica needs to stay on her A game.
