Welcome to the Chula Vista Soccer Referee Association (CVSRA). We are now part of SDSRA- San Diego Soccer Referee Association.
The purpose of this Association is to facilitate the education, training, assessment, and upgrade of soccer referees at all levels of experience and certification, and promote the game of soccer and increase the enjoyment of the game by spectators, players and other participants. We service the area of South Bay to inculde Chula Vista, Bonita, National City and South San Diego
