Sacred space is imperative for humans of all ages, and spending time alone is becoming less and less common in this populated, over-stimulated world. Allow your child an opportunity to create their ideal "quiet place" to give them a space to reflect and relax. Who doesn't love a great fort!

Family Sacred Circle Gathering!!!
Bring your kids, grandchildren, cousins, friends kids, nieces & nephews to our fun gathering full of yoga, mediation, crafts, music and service.

* September 21st at 1:30 - 3:30 pm at Shuniya Yoga Studio 1901 4th Avenue.
*Please bring something you have created to share with the group -- a song, artwork, a poem. Please have the children bring something as well. The children can share anything they wish.
*Bring a yoga mat, or blanket or pillow, your own simple snack, and some water.

Looking forward to sharing special, sacred time with you and your young ones.

Yesterday was our first Family Time at Home Project. For our first time I think it went great. I can see this is going to be a great stepping stone for us. Here's what we did:
-Kids had outside play time.
-We had dinner.
Then we all went for a nice evening walk.
-When we got back we had family discussion. (Subject was man in the mirror)
-Then we all worked on our own dream board.
I can see some positive growth ahead. :)

I'm so excited to start our new family time at home project.
What dose that mean?
-Bring in tools to help our family grow into a loving and spiritual family dynamic.
I will be letting you know what we're doing so you and your family can practice with us in your own home. We're starting next week.
