Everyone please join me at Kensington Brewery (the one right across from 858 Mission Gorge) after LCR on Saturday about 300pm. Not only will we be celebrating crushing LCR but, this will be the last for sure time I can see and visit with you because I move to Virginia next week. Hope to see y’all there.

Great box! Signed up 3.5 months ago, and have thoroughly enjoyed my workouts. First time I had ever tried CF and the folks made me feel at ease! Lost some and body fat, and looking forward to more gains and PR! They aren't focused on training regional atheletes, but ANYONE who wants to try and get healthier! So glad I walked in to sign up.
Can't wait for the final workout of the challenge tonight at 6pm and the celebration afterward! I'm as strong as I've been in my adult life and loving the changes I've made this past 6 weeks!

All workouts can be performed "as prescribed" or scaled to your individual capacity. Whether you are an elite athlete or a couch potato trying to get back in shape, all levels of fitness are not only accepted but encouraged. You do not have to "be in shape first" to try CrossFit. CrossFit 858 has nearly 4,000 square feet of functional space providing functional fitness to the San Diego community.
