Join us this Saturday at the Coast to Crest 5K/10K organized by 🌊

And remember our meetups are open to ALL 🫶🏽 no matter where you are in your running journey, we won’t leave anyone behind!!

We understand how hard it can be to join a run group, but we are not a normal run group!!

Saturday mornings are for 🤘🏽we meet at the Bea Evenson Fountain at 7AM.

Here’s what to expect:
👋🏽 Introductions + Warm Up
🏃🏽‍♀️ Run/Strength Work routine (modifications are available and it’s all at your pace!)
⚡️ New friends, sweaty selfies and lots of laughs!

What else? Lots of parking, FREE, family friendly and yes! You can bring your 4 legged kids too 🐾

We came, we ran a loop, and we escaped the dampness for pizza and gelato 😂🍕🍦

Some days you get some solid miles in and some days getting outside and moving the limbs is enough. Getting our gal time in was really what the doctor ordered 👯‍♀️

Meet us every week at 6PM at Encinitas Comminity Park - all paces and fitness levels welcome (9-22+ min/mile). Always free! ⚡️

In true Valentine’s spirit we played bingo 💝 and got some fun exercise in!! (TY Kaitlin ⚡️)

Who can feel the cold, when we are discussing first crushes, getting some lunges in and singing 🎶 Wannabe 🎶

And to end the day, Michel brought us some limited edition BALG ❤️ bracelets… want your own?? See you Saturday morning!!

Beautiful morning 🌞 in Balboa Park (ahem… this is why it’s so expensive to live here 🫠).
We played around with the dice and went for a loop 🏃🏻‍♀️

Katie took the crown 👑 this time, we love a hard working mom who shows up for herself 💁🏼‍♀️ and brings her positive energy ✨
