It’s a month into the new year, and every January the gyms and health clinics are flooded with new clients in search of their “new self”. Friends proudly tout that they're on a new diet, and this is finally the year they take charge of their health. I’m definitely not knocking it. I’m all for anyone who wants to make meaningful change to become a healthier version of themselves....

About once a quarter I participate in a social media challenge with my mentor, Ray Higdon, called The 14 Day Challenge. These unicorns are sooo amazing! I wore mine yesterday and got so many compliments, but just as many people said they could never wear them! What?! Anyone can wear these! They are gorgeous and I think the iridescent nature is very forgiving for any "lumps".
