I am behind sharing amazing things that have happened in my life in the past few months. For which I feel so blessed.
I love always growing my knowledge to be able to help my clients the best way possible. I love soaking my self on learning new techniques to not only give better results to them but also to not make working out as another task they need to get done, but something they can look forward to help them get through their everyday activities.
I was able to participate on IDEA WORLD convention at Las Vegas on July. What an amazing experience!! I am now looking forward to the one next year in L.A.

Comienza a vivir una mejor vida y por que no! Ayudar a que tus glúteos y abdomen se vean mejor.
Mándame un mensaje para checar disponibilidad de los diferentes horarios y otras preguntas que tengas.
Voy a tener varios horarios. Pero se va a requerir un mínimo de 4 personas para mantener el horario abierto. Pero no serán más de 8 por clase de 50 minutos.
Por el momento estoy ofreciendo lo siguiente:
Lunes (Core Strength), miércoles (Core Strength + B***y Power) y viernes (B***y Power) 6 am
Y 8:30 am
Martes (B***y Power) y Jueves (Core Strength) 7 pm
Sábado 10 am (B***y Power + Core)
Incluye:
- Guía nutricional (en inglés 😊)
- Consulta al principio y al final del programa con una Nutriologa de Tijuana.
- Programa de ejercicios
- Apoyó y guía de mi parte
- 12 entrenamientos en grupo pequeño
- Evaluación física. (Pesó, medidas, y fuerza)

Starting in July 5th. Program designed to shape up your glutes and core. To important areas that give support to your back.
You will receive:
- PDF Nutrition guide
- PDF Program booklet with the exercise guide and log. To keep track of your progress.
- Accountability, my support and guidance
- 12 small group trainings (to use in up to 8 weeks)
- Assessment at the beginning and end of the program. (Before and after pictures, weight, measurement, and strength test)
I will have Tuesday, Thursday at 7pm an 8 pm and Saturday 10 am.
Also Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6 am and 8:30 am
Groups need to have a minimum of 4 people signed up for that schedule to keep that schedule open. But no more than 8 people.
