Back Handspring Classes/Private lesson
Struggling with your back handspring? You’re not alone! It can be one of the most complicated tricks to learn. Bad habits and improper technique can be very difficult to overcome and can lead to injury. We have over 12 years experience teaching back handsprings. We focus on correct technique which is critical to mastering this skill. Often the biggest barriers are mental. Our goal is to address fears and help develop confidence. We offer 30 minute lessons. The cost is $25 for one student, or brings a friend and lower the price to $20 per student. Classes are schedule by appointment on M, W, F, Sat & Sun.
