Now that the dust has settled on Mania week, I can officially say THANK YOU!! To each and every one of you who stopped me to take a closer look, a pic, chat about the process, or simply just appreciate the work that went into this wild project of ours. It truly means the world to me.

Little more insight on the leather design:

I wanted to commemorate all the Manias we have been to since this will be our last for a while. Went with poker chips surrounding one my company logos and the Vegas Sign logo plate to showcase the home city we love and Wrestlemania 32, 34, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42 that we’ve attended.

Other side, we have the standard official logo hand tooled into the strap and I added some dice with the numbers 41 and 42 representing the first ever back to back Manias in our city.

Wanted something different to offer contrast to the strap color so we went with a paint splatter of blue and white that matches the original updated logo that debuted a couple months ago and the backing that we used.

You guys have no idea how epic this is to me. There are so many people I’ve become friends with in the world of wrestling but these guys are OG Belt Group guys right here. Not the entire fam as a few are missing, but this is the most we’ve gotten in one place with 5 of us.

Back at my favorite place with my hot wife .of.it27 and hundreds of other friends that I get to link up with once a year for Wrestlemania!! Singing the sounds of as he made another epic entrance at the Show of Shows!!

This is our last Mania for a bit while we pivot to international travel so when they released stage seating for WM42, I jumped, and the experience did not disappoint. Pretty wild to be next to the heavy pyro and epic entrances all night!!

Still putting in work!! I underestimated how much time did have post surgery and during the middle of our spring plant outage at work. I start my vacation tomorrow. I’m determined to get this thing wrapped up by Thursday though. Finally finished tooling the strap last night and gave it a nice oil bath.

I love this part of the process because it’s when you can really sit back and admire all the work. The oil brings out all the granular details so well so you can see just how much hand tooled work goes into these custom straps of mine. There are killers all over the leather game right now. I will still stack my hand tooled logo work with anyone. Definitely my strongest trait that I’ve mastered my own technique for over the years. Now I just need to get on the level of other killers with their finishing skills. That’s the area that I lose the less time I consistently work on straps. Gonna do my best on this one but it’s the longest drought between projects for me. 1 full year. Haha.
