Finish the Course Fitness is a personal training program. Group courses are open to women ages 14+. All fitness levels are welcome.

Bring: exercise tubing with handles, water, stretching mat or towel.

Did you know, your body starts losing strength and trained muscle after 2 weeks of inactivity? Being in-and-out of the hospital with my son these past 2 months has been challenging, to say the least. But, making it a priority to do my workouts (yes, even in a hospital room!) has made these week-long stays much more tolerable. No matter what you’re going through right now, good or bad, keep up with your workouts. Your body will thank you!
