Sundays, July 12th – 26th | 5:30 PM Start Time
Members: $105 | Non-Members: $125
Experience Level: ALL (minimum one month of pole dance experience required, see full pre-reqs below)

Join Tara for a heartfelt contemporary pole experience that blends lyrical movement, emotional storytelling, and the beauty of pole dance. This workshop series is designed for dancers who love moving with intention, connecting to music, and exploring the deeper emotional layers of performance.

Together, we’ll learn a flowing contemporary pole choreography that emphasizes musicality, expression, and authentic movement. Whether you’re drawn to the “deep feels” of lyrical dance or looking to explore a more artistic side of pole, this series offers a supportive space to create, connect, and grow.

RUSSIAN DARK FLOW WORKSHOP
& VIDEO SHOOT

INTERMEDIATE

Step into your darker side, Doll.

This workshop is all about amplitude and intention, expanding your lines and creating movement that feels like one continuous, hypnotic thread.

We’ll take familiar shapes and rework them through a signature Russian Flow lens.

🐍 What to expect:
🔥 Expansive, elongated shapes that command space
🔥 Seamless transitions with intentional use of platform edges and slopes
🔥 Signature Russian-style pathways that elevate simple movement into something addictive to watch

✨🎥 To close out the workshop, the final 30 minutes of class will be dedicated to individual filming with a professional videographer. Your movement will be captured in a polished, high-quality video you can keep and share.
