It’s still hard to believe there’s a viable human growing inside me!

It’s been almost two weeks of “taking it easy” — low-impact cardio and restricted strengthening at my OB’s recommendation — and honestly, it’s been harder than I expected to feel like I’m doing enough.

But this season’s strength isn’t measured in reps or load. It’s learning to rest and trust my body.

The journey never looks how I imagine it will, but I’m deeply grateful for the ride.

PS: the bump is much more formidable in person 🤰

Binge K-dramas and carb-load like it’s rehab—because emotional plot twists and starch are the best cure for post-travel blues.
Next order:
Move to Chicago—where deep-dish pizza heals the soul, the wind works you harder than any trainer, and farming might just be the plot twist my life needs.
