Come get your “magic pill” with me at the barre… rare Saturday mid-day opportunity, too! I’m subbing True Barre at Equinox La Costa TOMORROW, Saturday, September 21 at 11:30 AM (BOOK in-app NOW!) in addition to teaching my “normal” classes on Monday afternoon and Tuesday morning. We’ll be playing with IO-Balls, sculpting our upper bodies with light dumbbells, chiseling our lower bodies at the barre, and enjoying super-fun mash-up music by artists including Black Eyed Peas, Lizzo, Vanilla Ice, Madonna, Dua Lipa, Elton John, Ed Sheeran, Post Malone, Kesha, Taylor Swift, ABBA, the Bee Gees, Adele, Lady Gaga, and more (you get at least twice the artist options with mashups😉)! Good news if you missed my EQX barre class this morning! Even though our regular Monday, 4:30 PM class is canceled this week due to the holiday (full Labor Day holiday weekend schedule below), we can still meet at the barre! In fact, there are four class opportunities to "work it" together this week: Sunday, 9/1 10:15 AM True Barre; Sunday, 9/1 11:15 AM Barefoot Sculpt; Tuesday, 9/3 8:45 AM True Barre; and Thursday, 9/5 8:45 AM True Barre.
