I'm a 60 yr. old former athlete who played competitive sports all my life. As a center fielder and a lead off hitter
I did my share of running. As I grew older and retired from playing ball I could feel myself becoming more and more
sluggish. After hearing you talk about Strata Soles, I inquired and the training system arrived at my door just a few

days later. It's now been about 60 days since I started using the Strata Soles regularly. There really has been an
amazing difference in my leg strength. And, while I'm not stretching any singles into doubles or chasing down
long fly balls anymore I do umpire regularly. The players appreciate that I'm not planted behind home plate but able
to quickly get around the field and get in position to make accurate calls. That is very important to me and I wanted
