TOSCA’S EAT CLEAN® TOMATO SAUCE 🍅🌱

INGREDIENTS:
* 5 pounds fresh, mixed tomatoes
* 1 medium onion
* 1/2 cup of fresh basil
* ¾ teaspoon pink salt
* 2 tbsp olive oil
* 1 tbsp tomato paste
* 3 garlic cloves, minced
* 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
* 1 tbsp crumbled dried oregano

PREPARATION
* Place fresh tomatoes in boiling water and cook gently until skins split. Peel tomatoes and set aside to cool.
* Cut tomatoes in half horizontally. Chop roughly. You need about 4 cups.
* Chop onion coarsely. Place in a low wide saucepan over medium high heat and cook until translucent. Add salt, olive oil, tomato paste, garlic, basil and bay leaf. Bring to a boil, then lower heat to a brisk simmer.
* Reduce sauce by almost half, stirring occasionally, to produce about 2 1/2 cups medium-thick sauce, 10 to 15 minutes. Taste and adjust for salt. It will keep up to 5 days in the refrigerator or may be frozen.

Tip- If you want a vegetable thick tomato sauce version, add 1 cup grated zucchini and carrot to the onions and cook until soft. Then continue with the recipe.

.1 1/4 cups leftover porridge - cooled

▢1/4 cup unsalted butter - melted then cooled

▢1/3 cup honey

▢3 eggs - medium

▢2 teaspoons vanilla extract

▢1 3/4 cups ground almonds

▢2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

▢¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg

▢¾ teaspoon sea salt

Naturally raised chickens have access to pastures where they forage for their food. Free-ranging chickens enjoy eating green plants, fruits, insects and worms. Chickens are not vegetarians and produced healthy eggs when they eat a natural diet.
A 2010 study from Penn State showed that they had twice as much vitamin E and long-chain omega-3 fatty acids as eggs from caged hens.
If you make one Change in your diet I would humbly suggest to up the standard of your animal products. You are what you eat and what you eat ate.
