Using crystal singing bowls, this immersive experience creates gentle, soothing vibrations that help calm the mind, ease tension in the body, and restore a deep sense of peace. You simply lie down, get comfortable, and allow the sounds to “wash” over you.

This special event supports Silver Age Yoga Community Outreach, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit providing free yoga classes to seniors throughout San Diego County.
