Our online training program helps you navigate movement and exercise in an aging body from an evidence-based geriatric yoga style. Unlike modified “gentle” yoga courses, our course is designed from beginning-to-end to address the needs of all seniors.

Learn proper alignment, injury prevention, how to breath well, and how to adapt postures based on your individual needs.

If you or someone you know is struggling with their health or fitness journey, reach out and let them know we are here to help.
