Might not look like it from my photos, but we had over 70 people from RB out tonight for the SD Seals game! It was a blast! They lost by one goal but it was a great game🦭🥍

It was such a fun morning watching the athletes have a great time at the Pacific Lacrosse clinic at Bernardo Heights Middle School! All levels are welcome! I had my 5 year old daughter and a 10 year old son both new to lacrosse on the field and they had a BLAST! Thanks @dennisyeatman for a great two hours!! Message me if you’d like to come on down next Saturday!!

What a great clinic we had last night! The kids had an amazing time and the coaches were so excited to see them back out on the field!

Tonight is the night! January 10, 2022.

Have you wanted to try lacrosse and see what all the fuss is about? Why is lacrosse the fastest growing sport around? 

Come to Rancho Bernardo High School tonight and check it out! Wear athletic clothing (layer up of needed) and sneakers or cleats!

Bring your own stick if you have one, borrow one of our loaner sticks if you don’t!!

We are super excited to get our athletes back out on the field! Please be smart and stay at home if you are not feeling well. Let’s have a fun night🥍🥍🥍🥍🥍🥍🥍🥍🥍🥍🥍

Some important reminders as we prepare for next week...MONDAY, JANUARY 10th from 7-8pm at RBHS stadium field….

We recommend that everyone wears a mask.

If you are feeling sick at all please do not attend this event!

Dress in warm athletic apparel
Running shoes are perfect.

Lacrosse sticks and lacrosse balls will be provided for new players, just show up with a smile and positive attitude.

Remember to bring some water.
This is a FUN and FREE event consisting of simple drills allowing brand new kids the opportunity to try lacrosse in a supportive environment.
My hope is every current player will bring at least one friend and cheer them on during the clinic.
We can not wait to see you on the turf!

It was a great game today against La Jolla Rec. Palomar girls (RB & Poway) are really playing together and connecting on a higher level! All that hard work at practices is paying off!

Interested in knowing what a girl’s lacrosse game looks like? Well, you’re in luck! We have games this Sunday, at RBHS’s lower fields (Lacrosse Country, off of the student parking lot) from 9am until the last game at 2pm! Games usually last 1 hour. We will have both our 14U & 12U teams playing games.
All you have to do is bring a chair and maybe a little shade 🥍🌴🥍 We can’t wait for you to cheer us on!! Let’s GO!

Another great Fall Ball practice for the RB and Poway girls…we call this combo “Palomar!”
We have a bye this weekend so we played lots of games and had a ton of fun with the 5-8th graders 🥍🥍🥍🥍🥍🥍🥍
