Often, when we take the time to reflect, we smile at the fact that we GET to work with these women. Not only are they beautiful human beings inside and out, but they are incredibly talented, badass, athletic, warriors, and mothers.
We all found each other at different phases of our lives and choose to work together because we know that people deserve BETTER especially in the wellness space.
People do not just need a pill, another new technique or stretch, or diet. They need to feel INCLUDED, empowered, in control, and skills to improve their physical and emotional intelligence no matter their ability to include ways to be more present in our increasingly distracted culture.

Time spent OFFLINE pays the biggest dividends personally & professionally.
Year ago I told myself, even though it appears so many are distracted and glued to their phones and social media status, that is NOT sustainable. To me that is not living.
I want to live; it turns out Impact and living a life you want can happen without trying to keep up with social algorithms.
Actually connecting with people and finding out what makes them tick as humans has been key.
This not only brings me personally more JOY (which is the @thechoprafoundation outcome measure for success) but professionally more opportunities.
The best part is my little people and my ❤️get the healthiest version of me.
This is wellness for me.
I want to celebrate being able to take the HARD hits. It has not always been this way.
It has been YEARS to get here and a dream come true…
to be in a place where I can BE at home with my kiddoes full time, consult for some of the top fitness companies in the world on , speak to companies with some of the top in the wellness industry who are like my brothers - @mindfulfrogman @willnotfear speak to students across the country, be apart of a fire 🔥 family to name a few.

I am grateful because let me tell you… the HARD hits have come full force and guess what… I can take it.

FLASHBACK to 2015 when I traveled teaching the CrossFit Movement & Mobility Course that Dr. Kelly Starrett (The Ready State) created. I also was blonde then...
There were many huddle periods during the course of one of my 8 hour training day, which I loved. I did not love everything about presenting for 8 hours (especially as an introvert), yet I loved when everyone was close and was teaching different techniques and how they impacted the body.
It was the hands on piece. The piece where I could connect with the attendees.
TODAY, the huddles I do with my trainings look a little different.
Now many of them are online (to include our KICK OFF for the M2 Experience that just happened), and some are in person when the chance arises.
I am grateful for huddles, check ins, times when I can connect with my tribe, teach, learn, and be vulnerable.
Connecting with people to show what is possible in their life in terms of health and wellness IS my purpose...
I do not care what color, race, gender identity, size, shape, fitness background, job...
I care that you want to get better and are willing to do what it takes.
