So I switched it up a little bit today

1⃣ BBQ chicken on high heat

2⃣ have girlfran @melbell_marie boil Brussels sprouts

3⃣ girlfran goes to work and you chop Brussels sprouts in half and put them on some aluminum foil, put a little bit of olive oil and a f**kton of pepper on it and throw it on the BBQ!

4⃣ chop chicken and simmer for 20-30 minutes in a lemongrass simmering sauce

5⃣ EAT ALLLLL THE NOMZZZZ

1⃣ flank steak stuffed with feta cheese, spinach, and red peppers

2⃣ grilled chicken

3⃣ steamed cauliflower with paprika

4⃣ pepperoncinis

5⃣ spinach and greens salad with hearts of palm and vinaigrette
