Grateful for a day of giving back with our Performance Crew. We built meal kits for Feeding San Diego and made cards for kids in the hospital through the Confetti Foundation. Proud of these dancers for showing up with full hearts and helping hands.

Time to Spring into Action🌷🐇because April & May are all about building stamina, speed, and bouncy, athletic movement inspired by the season. Our combo classes are building stamina and “spring” through bunny hop sautés, lightning-fast tap rhythms, and windy-day agility paths. We love watching our tiny dancers sharpen their skills and grow stronger as they get ready to bloom as they continue to prepare for the big stage!🦋

🌟Staff Spotlight: Meet the Owners of Dance & Company 🌟

Ms. Katie is a dedicated teacher and leader who brings so much heart into the studio every single day. While she serves as our Artistic Director and Performance Crew Director, her passion also shines in the classroom, connecting with dancers, encouraging growth, and creating a positive environment. She is committed to making sure every dancer who walks through our doors feels safe, supported, and like they truly belong.

As our Business Director, Ms. Lisa keeps everything running behind the scenes while also being a constant source of encouragement for our dancers, families, and staff. She is passionate about empowering women of all ages to build confidence, feel strong, and believe in themselves. Ms. Lisa is so grateful for the incredible community we’ve built and truly values every member of our Dance & Company family.

🌟 Staff Spotlight: Ms. Kathleen 🌟

For 15 years, Ms. Kathleen has been a cornerstone of Dance & Company. As our Assistant Artistic Director, she pours her heart into every Production—flying in from Boston twice a year to help bring our Finale and Production to life. Her loyalty, artistry, and love for our dancers and staff have helped shaped who we are. We are endlessly grateful for her dedication and the magic she brings to our studio family.
