✨ As a grief coach, I have the honor of holding space for so many stories of loss. Each journey is unique, each path of healing different.

Every day, I’m reminded of the courage it takes to share grief, and I am grateful for the trust placed in me to listen deeply. My role is not to give answers, but to ask the questions that gently guide each person toward the direction that feels right for them.

Healing doesn’t look the same for everyone—but it is always possible. 💜 I’m here to walk beside you on your journey.

✨ Anniversaries mark moments in our lives that we hold close. Just as we celebrate birthdays, anniversaries of loss become sacred days to especially remember those we love who are no longer with us.

Today, I remember my brother Craig, who died three years ago. I hold close all the love we shared, and I honor his boys, and , who carry forward the light of one of the greatest dads ever.

For all of you remembering someone today, may their memory be a blessing. 💙

Grief changes with time.

It may not feel as sharp, but it doesn’t disappear.
It moves, it shifts… and so do we.

Today, I sat with the ocean — the waves reminding me that emotions come in their own rhythm. Some gentle, some crashing. All part of the tide.

Grief asks us to be patient. To care for ourselves in moments we’d rather shut down. To breathe. To rest. To let nature hold us when words fall short.

If you’re grieving — for someone, something, or even the version of yourself that once was — allow the feelings. Each one is part of the healing. Be present with what arises. And know that you don’t have to go through it alone.

🫐 Nourishment & Grief 🍲
Grief takes a lot out of us — physically, emotionally, spiritually. When we’re grieving, even the most basic acts of self-care can feel overwhelming. But one of the most loving things we can do for ourselves is to nourish our bodies.

Eating well isn’t about being perfect. It’s about giving your body the support it needs to carry you through the storm. Healthy foods help balance your mood, restore energy, and even calm an anxious heart.

🌿 When you’re grieving:
• Stay hydrated. Water helps clear the emotional fog.
• Choose foods that comfort and sustain — whole grains, fresh fruit, warm soups.
• Be gentle. Small, frequent meals can be easier than full plates.
• Ask for help — someone to cook, shop, or just remind you to eat.

Taking care of yourself isn’t selfish — it’s essential. You deserve that care, especially now. 🤍

This is my brother’s blanket. I kept it after he died, and it has become one of the most comforting rituals in my grief. When I wrap myself in it, I feel closer to him—like a hug that still lingers.

Rituals like this help us honor our grief and create space for healing. They don’t have to be big or complicated. They just have to be ours.

💙 Don’t forget to save the date:
Our next 6-week Grief Group begins Sunday, July 13th, from 6:00–7:30 PM PT on Zoom.
Together, we’ll explore ways to move through grief—and create new rituals to support the journey.

You don’t have to grieve alone.
Let’s walk this path together.

🌊 Hi, I’m Andrea — and I’m so glad you’re here.

For over 10 years, I’ve been a certified coach with the International Coach Federation, walking alongside people through life’s many transitions. But everything changed 2.5 years ago when I lost my brother. That deep, personal grief cracked me open—and revealed a new purpose.

Since then, I’ve made it my mission to support those navigating any kind of loss—death, divorce, breakups, identity shifts, or simply the quiet ache of something missing.

Grief isn’t always loud. Sometimes it hides in our everyday lives. But you don’t have to go through it alone.

I’ve spent the last few years deepening this work—earning a Master’s in Mental Health & Wellness with a focus on grief, completing specialized training, and holding space for countless stories of heartbreak and healing.

✨ This July, I’ll be launching a new Grief Group—a virtual, supportive space on Sundays from 5:00–6:30 PM (PT) beginning July 13. Whether your grief is fresh or something you’ve carried for years, I welcome you with an open heart.

More details coming soon 💙

As I sit here on the beach, the waves remind me of grief — how it comes in and out, soft or strong, without warning.

In my own journey, I’ve come to realize that healing doesn’t happen in isolation. It happens in safe spaces, with people who get it.

That’s why this September, I’m opening up a new Grief Community Group — a small, intimate space for just 10 people. This is for anyone navigating a loss — whether it’s the death of a loved one, divorce, a breakup, or any kind of transition that’s shaken your world.

💬 What you’ll find:
• Connection with people who understand
• A space to share or simply listen — no pressure
• Guidance to move through grief at your own pace
• A sense of belonging when everything else feels broken

We’ll meet weekly, and over time, we’ll build more than a group — we’ll build a supportive community.

If you’ve been feeling alone in your grief, this might be the place for you.

More info coming soon. DM “💙” if you want to be the first to know when registration opens.

I’m sitting on a rock, watching the waves roll in, and I’m reminded how grief touches so many areas of our lives—not just in loss, but in change, endings, and even silence.

Grief isn’t always loud. Sometimes it whispers in the quiet moments. That’s why it’s important to give ourselves permission to pause… to go somewhere peaceful… to just be—with our sadness, our memories, and ourselves.

Nature holds space for us when words fall short.
And in the stillness, our hearts can begin to soften.
Peace is the goal during grief. And peace begins with presence. 🌊🕊️

Stepping into grief coaching is like standing by the ocean — a place where you can explore the depths of your emotions and let the waves of sadness wash over you, bringing with them a new depth of understanding.

In this journey, you’ll discover the freedom to breathe a little deeper and find a bit more peace amid the storm. It’s about embracing your feelings and allowing yourself to navigate through grief with compassion and courage.

Remember, it’s okay to feel, to heal, and to find your own rhythm as you walk this path. You are not alone. 💙
