Local Vet Fights PTSD Using Martial Arts A local veteran has developed a martial arts class to help other veterans deal with post traumatic stress disorder.
Hey everybody UND1SPUTED Point Loma is having a holiday food and toy drive. Please bring non-perishable food items and/or an un-opened toy and you will get entered into a raffle for free private training. We will be drawing 1 winner a day for each of the 12 days before Christmas
