We have so much power. We whose bellies churn at the injustices of this world. We whose beings ache at the pain and suffering we observe. We whose minds race with ambitions of change bigger than our individual existence. It’s time for us to act like it.

Are you creating your own paradise or are you poisoning yourself with your words? 🤔

I spoke this moment into existence and it felt really good. I’m so grateful we documented it so I can literally look back and see the fruit of my words before my eyes. 🤩

For a chapter of my life, I was a person who constantly spoke ill into my own life. “I’m so stressed and overwhelmed and unhappy and tired and broke and not beautiful enough and…THE LIST GOES ON 📝

Though the practice of speaking power into my life has long been a ritual of mine. The past year and a half of my life, I’ve seen how just the prevalence of proclamations of power aka speaking my desires and positive possibilities aloud to myself have SHIFTED MY WORLD 🌏

I want that for all of us. I won’t diminish the fact that life is hard (SO HARD — like forreal our world is a flaming dumpster fire right now in so many ways) but that’s only one figment of our life experience. Unfortunately, it’s one that gets so much of our attention, focus and power. We speak life into these circumstances over and over and over again and some of us wouldn’t even dare speak life into the powerful and beautiful dreams that live within us. It breaks my heart 💔

I’m convinced we spend too much time looking for love and answers and clarity and sustenance and nourishment and joy and hope (the list goes on) outside of ourselves and we relinquish our power to meet our own needs. Let’s reverse that.

My is ME this week! Had to stop and reflection on all the things I’ve gotten myself TO and THROUGH. It’s impressive. Reading has been such a constant reminder of my strengths, my light, my resilience and all the other traits I possess that make me so powerful.
