My name is Matt Ceglie, I own/manage an adult baseball team The New Yankee 35's of the SDABL. We play for the camaraderie, competition, the thrill of victory but mostly for the love of the game. We all learn from each other and we love helping the young players learn the sport we love and have played for 20, 30 and for some of us almost 40 years! New Yankee 35's back in the Winners Circle! Thanks to everyone that contributed this season. To ALL my guys Milton, Ivan, Ned, Cassidy, Joon, Donovan, Mike, Matt, Kevin, Ted, Chris, Roberto, Rodney, Steve, Brad, Jackson, and Rafael...Special Thanks to Milton for helping with the Coaching duties and to my weekend worriers playing through injuries all season! It took a few years but The New Yankee 35's are back in the Championship game Sunday, Dec 4, at 12:30 at Montgomery High School. There are only 4 original players left from that Championship Team, but a bunch of guys that have been around a long time. 6, 8 even 10 years!

The Yankee 35's are looking for an experienced pitcher. 35+ Right or Left that can pitch 4-5 inning each week. The season starts Feb 22! So if you fit the bill or know someone who does contact me ASAP to set up a tryout.

The Yankee 35's move to AA ball and start the season off on the right foot with a big opening day win in dramatic fashion! Scored 2 runs in the bottom of the 9th to beat the Reds 5-4....
