Kathryn is a certified yoga instructor. She began practicing yoga in August 2000 and after several years of experiencing the benefits one could gain from yoga and meditation wanted to share it with others. Harvard MRI Study Shows That Meditation Literally Rebuilds Your Brain’s Gray Matter In 8 Weeks An 8 week program of mindfulness meditation produced MRI scans for the first time showing that meditation has “massive changes” in brain gray matter.

Please join us for a class designed just for you! Connect with other like-minded parents and caregivers in a restorative and relaxing class on two Thursdays per month from 6-7pm (9/12, 9/26, 10/10, 10/24, 11/7, 11/21). Each class will be focused on filling you up so that you have the energy and strength to care for others. Only $15 per class!
