A great conference at John Garey Fitness & Pilates in Long Beach for all these STOTT Pilates and personal trainers. John gave us his best with Pilates with Props on the Mat Series and an advanced Athletic Conditioning on the V2 Max that was sensational.

Brett is using a stability ball as a prop to teach the Pilates Teaser. Great idea. You have to have a partner for this one to work (obviously). I teach a prep for the Teaser using the ball with your feet resting on it which also works very well but can be very challenging. Wicked but good!
