IMPORTANT UPDATE!!! We are changing one of the floater WODs for intermediate athletes. There will no longer be a max time freestanding handstand for intermediates. This event will be replaced by 2 minutes of max double unders. This is NOT consecutive double unders but max double unders performed in the 2 minute period. Advanced athletes will still do a max timed freestanding handstand.

Also, EARLY BIRD pricing is extended until September 13th.

Competitions/Events

The first event for Halloween Throwdown "Fight or Flight" is posted and proves to be a fun one! Starts with max calories in 1 minute on the Assault Bike! you get a short rest and then go into an AMRAP of cleans, bar muscle ups, deadlifts, and chest to bar pull ups for advanced. Intermediate is cleans, pull ups, deadlifts and ring push ups. Check out the full details for weights and registration info below and sign up before September 1 to save $10!
