This class features high intensity interval training utilizing the jump board; a padded board attached to the Pilates reformer which enables students to jump lying down with low impact. Don’t expect to be jumping the whole 50 minutes! We will be mixing it up with our favorite Pilates exercises and a few extra planks. Expect to leave sweaty and smiling. Laura Moran. Laura has her 500-hour BASI Pilates certification, a Personal Training Certificate from National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), and started the BASI Legacy program in 2021. She was born and raised in New York. When moving to San Diego in 2010, she knew immediately that this was home. he truly has an ingrained passion for personal fitness and exercise ever since being introduced to it at a young age by her mother (who was also a trainer).
