Like the idea of getting your cardio and strength training on in one class? This class features high intensity interval training utilizing the jump board; a padded board attached to the Pilates reformer which enables students to jump lying down with low impact. Don’t expect to be jumping the whole 50 minutes! We will be mixing it up with our favorite Pilates exercises and a few extra planks. Expect to leave sweaty and smiling.

The bike event and festival on March 18th includes multiple options to participate, either on a bike or on foot, including the rare opportunity to ride across the Coronado Bridge on all bike routes, with spin classes atop the Western Metal Building also offered throughout the day.

Ingredients:
💫Oat flour – we love oat flour because it's really fluffy and also can be made at home. You just blend oats in your blender until they're a fine flour.
🥞Baking powder
🥛Almond milk – Or any milk you like to use.
🥚Eggs – Or flax eggs, for a vegan option. You can also use another vegan egg substitute.
🍯Maple syrup – we find that pancake batter is always better with a touch of sweetness!
🫒Oil – we use olive oil (you can't taste it!), but you can use whatever type you'd prefer.
🧂Vanilla extract, cinnamon, or a pinch of salt – All of these are optional ingredients, but they’ll give the flavor a boost.
