Yep! I love a turkey sandwich and you can make them using the healthiest ingredients.
I love sourdough or Dave’s bread, avocado instead of Mayo and super thin light cheese as an alternative. I do one or the other.
Macros and calories will range from 200-500
Example:
Turkey & Cheddar Cheese On Wheat Bread (1 sandwich) contains 62g total carbs, 58g net carbs, 17g fat, 23g protein, and 480 calories.
Do construct your sandwich, put it in your macro tracking app and hit repeat or paste it in.

🌽🌽🌽🌽🌽🌽🌽🌽🌽🌽🌽I will turn on the BBQ just to grill the corn! I have made this a couple times in the last week. A great LITE summer MEAL!
Avocado and Grilled Corn Salad with Cilantro Vinaigrette
5 Ears Corn, husk removed, brush with olive oil and grilled, remove corn with sharp knife
2 Avocado’s, diced and sprinkled with lemon juice to prevent browning
2 C. Tomatoes, red and yellow cherry variety or equivalent
1 Small red onion, finely diced
¾ C. Feta, crumbled
1 ½ C. English cucumber, skin on and chopped small dice
Add to a large bowl and refrigerate until ready to use.
Cilantro Vinaigrette
6 T. Olive oil2 T. Sherry vinegar
1 t. Garlic powder
2 T. Fresh cilantro, minced
½ t. Salt
10 Grinds of fresh ground pepper

Add all of the above ingredients in a small glass jar with a lid. Shake really well. Taste and adjust seasoning and ratios of oil and vinegar as you desire.

My daughter loves my homemade mac a

🍃🍃🍃🍃Fresh and homemade is always best!
I used for the sauce:
Pasta if your choice
Cream cheese
Parmesan cheese
Milk
Butter
Garlic
Fresh basil

Salt
Pepper
I added zucchini and tomato as that’s what I had on hand.
Spinach, yellow squash, cauliflower the sky is the limit. Or the garden!!!
So good!

Grain-free Blueberry Pancakes

Recipe type: Breakfast
Serves: 2-4
Ingredients
1 cup cassava flour
½ cup tiger nut flour
1 tsp baking soda
sprinkle of salt
2 mashed ripe bananas
1¼ cup almond milk
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
About 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries (we use frozen)
Olive oil spray (for the griddle)
Instructions
Mash the bananas in a bowl with a fork. Add the rest of the wet ingredients to the same bowl and mix.
In a separate bowl, add all of the dry ingredients and mix with a fork to remove clumps.
Add the dry mixture to the wet ingredient mixture and mix. The batter should be thick.
Spray the griddle with olive oil spray and set at medium-high heat.
Spoon out the batter onto the griddle in about ⅓ cup per pancake. Since the batter will be thick, you will need to spread the batter out with a fork a little so that the pancake is not so thick.
Add blueberries to the pancakes as soon as you spread them out on the griddle (Tip: I pour out the pancakes one at a time, spread one out and then quickly add the frozen blueberries so they have time to sink into the pancake a little. This helps the blueberries to stay in the pancakes much better!).
Flip the pancakes once the other side is golden brown.
