We got a few wedding photos back already and I wanted to share some of the gorgeous spooky shots that got with y’all 🖤

We’re going back to leaving the exterior doors for the Spa section locked so we’ll be going back to our previous system of reaching out to me when you’ve arrived for your appointment. Calling or texting is the quickest way to get my attention since I don’t always see DMs right away. My number is available through the “contact” button on my profile if it’s not already saved in your phone 🖤
I can also hear knocks on those exterior doors when my door is open so if you see my door is open give a firm knock and I’ll come open up those doors for you!

Sorry for the bother but there’s been some issues with the doors so they’re deciding to lock them back up!

We have plenty of time to go until May but I wanted to give a fair warning for all of my regulars that I will be gone for about two weeks in May. If you have something important that you want to be waxed for around that time, I recommend looking ahead and booking now to make sure you’re able to find a spot that works for you. If you have an event where you NEED your wax during that time while I’m gone, is down the street from my location and is an absolutely amazing waxer.
This is my first time stepping away from my books for this large of a chunk of time so I want to make sure y’all are taken care of! 🖤

We’re bringing back a fall fundraising raffle for November this year! At the end of the month I will donate the total amount collected from raffle tickets to a local charity (or two!)

A raffle ticket enters you in the chance to win a basket full of goodies from me! This basket will contain A FULL SIZE scrub, roll-on treatment, AND bikini balm that I carry here in suite, a Spooky Skincare logo t-shirt and keychain, and a voucher for a FREE brow and lip wax! That’s a total value of over $130 for this basket!

Hello! I’ve made some changes to the service list on my booking site to make it more user friendly and less crowded.

🖤 First thing is removing gender from waxing services (aside from bikini waxing). It felt unnecessary to have everything listed twice on there under genders when it really doesn’t matter for these services
🖤 Bikini services will continue to be listed under “Women’s Bikini Waxing and Bundles”
🖤 Women’s waxing bundles now are named after common pop culture witches with a description of what’s included
🖤 Facial waxing bundles have a new format also. Instead of listing every combination of facial waxing possibilities you can choose the brows plus one or two services or then the full face (which saves you the most once you’re doing the brows plus three other services)

Im hoping these changes make things easier after hearing feedback from you guys as we’ve gone along on this journey together!

A belated Happy New Year to everyone! I have two quick announcements for moving in to 2023.

✨ First up is about pricing! It is indeed that time again where I am going to have to do a price increase. Inflation on products is still running amuck so I’m having to make some adjustments. Similar to last year this will not be a major increase, just a couple dollars added to services (maybe almost a 10% increase on some services, maybe less than that on others). Just enough to keep up with the cost of running Spooky Skincare 🖤

✨ Second up, masks! As you all know for most of this year I’ve left it up to y’all if you want to wear your masks in here or not, that will continue to be the case. I myself am going to start a sort of transition where I will wear my mask while I am working on faces and leave it off while I’m not. If you would rather I keep it on for your entire appointment I am more than happy to! Just ask me in suite and I’ll keep it on, no questions asked. 🖤

Both changes will take effect on February 1st, 2023. If you have questions or concerns please reach out to me through text or DMs!

The not so often talked about neck wax!
Waxing the back of the neck is super quick and satisfying. I typically like to leave some little tendrils at the nape of the neck like you can see in this photo so that it still looks natural when the hair is pulled up.
