To my page people: I am looking for 3-4 women, ages 32-45, with or without any exercise experience, who want to lose about 5-10 lbs / 2-5kg of fat by the end of summer.
Other things I am looking for:
* has very little time to exercise
* hates gyms
* refuses to diet

Not my usual post, everyone. Rella is a Tel-Aviv icon! I have never met her, but her reputation as the most kick-ass boot camp coach in the city precedes her! I have had the pleasure of coaching more than one of her bootcampers since she stopped working, so I feel compelled to share this.
I will be attending a mass boot camp on June 2 in her honor, and invite all of my clients in the city to join me to support Rella!
